Doll comparison --Arm poseability

Hi everyone (:
Today's review post will be a comparison review about arm poseability.  And then we'll have a quick little photoshoot at the end just because :P
Here we have our four 'contestants' for the review.
From left to right:
2013 DS Rapunzel, 2012 DS Wedding Rapunzel, 2012 DS Merida, and 2010 Mattel Rapunzel.
(And I think this picture's kind of funny...2013 Rapunzel's looking off to the side with a sneaky/sly look on her face, and 2012 Rapunzel looks like she knows what 2013 Rapunzel's secret is... :D)

All of the DS (Disney Store) dolls have joints at the wrists, elbows, and shoulders, which enables them to strike a LOT more poses!
Mattel Rapunzel has no arm joints except for the shoulder joints.
Here's everyone's "I dunno" look :P

Annd then there's Mattel Rapunzel.  "How do you expect ME to know where you put your tiara, other Rapunzel??"
Anyway.

Here's everyone's "shocked" face :P

Wedding Rapunzel looks like she might be sick..

I think Merida totally pulls it off.

"I believe I can fly..."

Wonder what shocked all of them?  Hahaha...Wedding Rapunzel STILL looks like she smelled something terrible or something...

And here's from the side xD  As you can see, nobody can actually touch their lips in horror/surprise/shock/whatever.

There are a TON of different poses the three DS dolls can strike.
The winner of this 'round' is probably Merida; 2013 Rapunzel 2nd, 2012 Rapunzel 3rd, and Mattel Rapunzel last.
And to show off the photogenic-ness of these girls striking some fabulous poses, here you go - a quick little photoshoot, which I enjoyed doing probably too much...I love how they can be posed!!

Four Lovely Princesses...Rapunzel...Rapunzel...Rapunzel...MERIDA!  It's almost like 'duck duck goose!'

Lovely brunette Rapunzel

I love how this turned out :P

"Tomorrow night, the lights will appear...just like they do on my birthday each year.."

"What is it like, out there where they glow?..."

"Now that I'm older, mother might just let me go..."

I LOVE how this one turned out...Her colors are just so striking - bright red hair, stunning blue eyes, and then a dark green dress with bright gold accents.

And this one...

"And now I'm lyin' on the cold hard ground!  Oh, oh..." (Taylor Swift's "I Knew You Were Trouble"...) I totally thought of that song when I set her like this!

Anyway....that's all for today!  Hopefully I'll have another review up soon! And I hope you're enjoying them (:
