I'm Baaack!!!

Hey, all!!  I'm back from my two-week long hiatus, and boy, is it good to be home. 
Why did I take my hiatus, you ask? 
I went with my church youth group to the Church of the Brethren National Youth Conference 2014.  I'm not sure if any of you have heard of it, but....I went there.  It was a two-week-long trip out and back, and we went to Colorado State University, where the four-day conference was held.  We got to see a working ranch in Wyoming, the Badlands, and Mount Rushmore, just to name a few places.  It was definitely an interesting and eye-opening experience at the conference.  I'm not gonna say why, but let's just say that I was disappointed by the manner in which the conference was conducted, and the teachers that were teaching the mandatory classes.  People that advocate for, practice, and advertise things that the Bible clearly says are sins and/or abominations should NOT be teaching in a Christian conference, but maybe that's just me. 

Annnyway, I'll post some pictures once I go through my almost 700 photos that I took and find some of the best ones.  My absolute FAVORITE photo is one that I, unfortunately, cannot post.  It has a boy off to the side, looking off into the distance, and the Rocky Mountains can be seen off into the distance.  It's really pretty and I took it (unbeknownst to him) at the perfect moment, but just because he is in it, for his sake, I won't post it on the internet.  Anyway, I'll post some pics later!!! (:  How has everyone been these past two weeks??  I'll talk to you all again soon!!

Happy Independence Day, everyone!!!  Hope you all have a wonderful and safe holiday!

I also want to let you all know that I will not be posting between July 14 and July 27; when I get home, I may post some pictures and talk about what I did.  =] And then posting will go back to normal...or rather, about as normal as my posting IS!  Umm...not sure if I will be able to post any this coming week, I'm hoping to finally get at least ONE Beauty and the Beast review up before I leave, but who knows..

OH!  I will also have several book reviews coming up, two are Disney and the rest will be Duck Dynasty related.  And is anyone interested in a Man of Steel movie review?  Let me know and I can work on that as well.
